Ce sont surtout :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>des clients Airbnb (court s\u00e9jour)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>des \u00e9tudiants (stages, cours de langue)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>des personnes qui veulent d\u00e9couvrir le Kenya<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember103\">\ud83d\udc49 Tr\u00e8s peu de clients \u201chigh ticket\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember104\">TikTok attire. Mais ne filtre pas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ember105\">\ud83d\udcf8 Instagram : le bon \u00e9quilibre<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember106\">Instagram, aujourd\u2019hui, c\u2019est la plateforme la plus int\u00e9ressante pour moi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember107\">C\u2019est l\u00e0 que viennent les personnes qui :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>veulent investir en Afrique<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissent \u00e0 un back to Africa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sont pr\u00eates \u00e0 acheter un bien<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"ember109\">L\u2019audience est plus qualifi\u00e9e. Moins de bruit que TikTok.
